| The newest models of machinery in a world or Czech exhibition premiere will be presented at the EMBAX stand of VELTEKO s.r.o. „I will not reveal anything more, we will gladly show all novelties to visitors at our stand. We cordially invite them to our exhibition spot, they will find us in hall F, stand no.1. The Salima/Embax trade fair is the largest domestic possibility to present our company, show the novelties, meet with our current customers as well as potential new ones. We always try to have the form and extent of our exhibition appropriate to our position of the domestic leader ,“ said Ing. Marek Škvor, commercial manager of the company.
From its broad portfolio, VELTEKO will present vertical hosepipe packaging machines, bag closers and dosing machines. Other curiosities will include combination scales by a Japanese company Yamato and Mespack or a Spanish horizontal packaging machine. Both foreign companies are exclusively represented by VELTEKO on the Czech and Slovak market.
During the last few years, the main trends in the area of packaging machines include secondary bag closing systems (zip, memory strip, label etc.). „Machines that have been required lately must be controlled by effective industrial computers which bring numerous opportunities in communication, connectivity or statistics,“ Marek Škvor specified. According to him, satisfied customers of VELTEKO include renown multinational groups but also many other domestic and foreign food processing companies, pet food companies, washing powder or chemical industry etc.
VELTEKO s.r.o. was founded in 1991 and focuses on projection, production and supply of technologically advanced packaging lines notably for the food industry. Since 1996 they have had a certified EN ISO 9001quality management system. A quarter of all employees are development engineers and thus the key characteristics of VELTEKO products are technical.
Despite the global recession, VELTEKO do have sufficient demand for their machines. Some projects were postponed to a later time. The successful ones have felt a greater pressure from customers concerning contracts. Concerning the turnover, influence of the crisis has been minimal for us,“ noted Marek Škvor. This company is strongly oriented on exports and sells its machinery throughout Europe and to other continents. They still consider the Czech market very important though and that is why the extensive presentation at this year’s trade fair in Brno is appropriate.
EMBAX will take place at the Brno Exhibition Grounds on 2 – 5 March 2010 concurrently with the international food fairs, SALIMA, MBK (5th International Milling Industry, Bakery and Confectionery Fair), INTECO (24th International Fair of Equipment for Retail Trade, Hotels and Catering Facilities) and VINEX (15. International Wine Fair). This package of projects offers a technological workflow from food to processing technologies, preparation, packaging, labelling, transport and marketing to other services for the food industry. It offers the food processing and food technology companies a possibility of a larger selection of packaging technology suppliers. |
